CLA Insurance Refresh: A new scheme and meet the team

CLA Insurance's new Rural Combined policy is tailored for farms and estates, offering extensive and flexible coverage. This policy aims to provide comprehensive protection for a wide range of needs specific to rural properties. Key features include:

  • Coverage for main residences, holiday lets, landlords' contents, and personal valuables.
  • Protection for commercial lets, agricultural buildings, livestock, and business interruption.
  • Liability coverage for employers, public, and environmental risks.

The Rural Combined policy from CLA Insurance covers diverse risk features such as renewable energy, public events, farm shops, and liveries. However, it does not accommodate risks such as intensive farming (poultry and pigs), non-commercial risks, genetically modified crops, and large ground-mounted solar panel farms. Excluded risks like these can be covered separately from the core policy.

Our unique discount structure rewards you for good risk management, passing on premium saving for documenting maintenance regimes, conducting fixed electrical inspections, fire risk assessments, health and safety policies and much more.

Choose CLA Insurance’s Combined policy for peace of mind and robust protection tailored to your unique needs. To learn more and secure your business, contact us at 03301 658 942 or, alternatively, why not speak to your local team directly?
